Yes. We prioritize safety with experienced trek leaders, certified guides, proper equipment, and well-planned itineraries. All participants must follow safety instructions during the trek.

We send a detailed packing list via email after your booking. Basic gear includes trekking shoes, thermal wear, rain jacket, daypack, water bottles, and essentials.

A basic level of fitness is required. Being able to walk 4–5 km uphill with a backpack is ideal. For high-altitude treks, prior preparation is recommended.
