Welcome to Peak Panthers. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the trek's listed policy.
• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store card or UPI details.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days, according to our refund policy stated on each trek page.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

3. Health & Fitness

• Trekkers must disclose any medical conditions or fitness concerns before booking.
• We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit for the trek.

4. Safety & Risk

• Trekking involves inherent risks (weather, terrain, altitude, etc.).
• Participants must follow instructions of trek leaders/guides at all times.
• Peak Panthers is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages caused by natural events or participant negligence.

5. Itinerary & Schedule Changes

• We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes due to factors beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct

• Respect for nature, local communities, and fellow trekkers is mandatory.
• Substance abuse, vandalism, or unruly behavior will result in immediate removal from the trek with no refund.

7. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during the trek. Please carry only essentials and keep valuables safe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (photos, videos, text) is the property of Peak Panthers. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
